There’s nice swings over by Orewa on the walkway/biking track. The track is very nice and smooth so bring your bikes and scooters for a lovely ride.

  
The playground nearby is nice to swing, slide and it has a Roctopus. It’s a bunch of swinging tires on bars held from a half sphere from the top it swings so push the tires to make it spin and rock.

  DANGER ZONE
But! Be aware of the sharp corner on the South  Side of the walkway so take care in case you come to any quick turns so you don’t fall off your bike.
